Photography has always been a part of my life. I started Powers in high school never thinking that photography would become my career. After meeting my wife Laurel at a wedding in 2001 we now run the business together.

Today I still photograph weddings but have begun to turn my focus towards the wine industry. In 2004 Laurel and I purchased 20 acres in the heart of Oregon's wine country and began planting grapes. I am sure I will always be involved in photography but I am very excited about this new direction. Our Vineyard and wine label is Aileron Hill.

9/4/10 {Sally and Will} Skamania Lodge

Sally and Will live in Southern California and have family from all over the U.S. They chose Skamania as a destination wedding and many of the guests had never been to this part of the country. It was a great wedding spent with great people.
